Life moves in seasons, and sometimes the most beautiful part of the journey is recognizing when one season is gently coming to a close so another can begin.

Over the coming months, I will be slowly transitioning away from my current offerings at The Inner Light Spa as I step toward the next chapter of my path.

During this time, sessions will continue to be available, now operating from URetreat Wellness — a beautiful wellness clinic with an incredible network of multidisciplinary practitioners. My schedule will also look a little different during this period, with updated session days and availability reflected directly in the online booking calendar.

My Cacao, Breath + Sound Bath offerings hold a special place in my heart and will continue to take place every Sunday at 4:30pm out of Errant Empire in Esquimalt. This is not ending and will remain apart of my journey for many months and hopefully years to come.

Until my final appointments, my commitment remains unchanged. Every session will continue to be offered with the same presence, care, and dedication that has always guided this work.

If you’ve been meaning to book a session, this season is a beautiful opportunity to experience the space before this chapter gently comes to a close. I look forward to welcoming many of you during these final months and seeing familiar faces return in the new space.
