How it Works

Our sauna uses Far Infrared (FIR) light waves that are absorbed deeply into the skin and underlying tissues. Unlike traditional saunas, FIR targets the water molecules within your cells, helping to mobilize toxins, reduce inflammation, and gently stimulate thermogenesis—a process that activates detox through a rise in core body temperature.
