We really believe in tuning into your body and seeing what resources it's asking for. You, of course, can book a single service but you can also pair up complimenting services for a custom tailored experience for a fraction of the cost.

Choose your own Adventure - ex. perhaps you would like to breathe hydrogen while laying on the BioMat for 30mins, you can do that for $57! ($42 base price + $15 add on)

Step 1: Book Your Service

*If you'd like to book your session over the phone, I am happy to help you - please call or text Madeleine 250-508-7718. You can also email booking@innerlightspa.ca. Please state your preferred time and services requested!! Payment will be collected via cash, debit or credit at the time of your scheduled session. Grateful to be apart of your journey, I look forward to meeting with you!!

Step 2: Breathe, Detox and Soar during your session

*all appointments come with complimentary water and tea for a relaxing session as well as a sample size grounding, detoxing, or uplifting tea of your choosing to support your body post session.

You will also be able to try the Quantum Clearing and Grounding Spray from Void Space Technologies, as a way to reset and relax during your session.

Step 3: Support your body at Home

*available for purchase online (to be picked up at the spa) or purchase directly in the spa
