It is only required to have about 10-20mins of red light therapy per treatment area per day. That means for a 30mins session you can have about 15mins front facing the machine and 15mins turned around for your backside.
If you are only wanting 1 treatment area done, we have a quick spot treatment option for a 10min session for $20. This would be great for targeted face, chest or joint sessions. *this quick spot treatment does not come with tea during session or post session. Water will always be available.
